Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the private Nebraska House Buyers, LLC QuickBooks Online integration. It is used only by Nebraska House Buyers, LLC and authorized personnel for internal accounting work.

Information handled

When an authorized user connects an approved QuickBooks Online company, the integration may access the QuickBooks data permitted by that user and Intuit authorization. That data is used only for the internal accounting purpose for which access was authorized.

Use and disclosure

Nebraska House Buyers, LLC does not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising. Data is not disclosed to unrelated third parties except as required to operate the authorized Intuit connection, comply with law, or protect rights and security.

This static website does not offer accounts, forms, or public submissions. It is not intended to collect personal information. Routine hosting and security logs may be created by the selected hosting or DNS provider under that provider’s terms.

Access and revocation

Authorized users can remove the integration’s access through their Intuit/QuickBooks connected-app controls and discontinue use of the local MCP configuration. See Disconnect.
